## Rules

- Do not draft replies unless asked — triage first.
- If something is legally sensitive or a safety issue, flag it in **Must act today** and say *human judgment required*.
- Do not invent messages not in slot 3.

## Done when

You could act from the four buckets without rereading the whole inbox.
