# Thread to actions Long thread, long document, long meeting notes — the useful output is usually **not a summary**. It is **who owes what by when**. Draft only. ## Slots | Slot | You paste | |---|---| | 1 Voice | Your voice card (optional but helps tone of open questions) | | 2 Job | Read the material below. Return actions, not a summary. Draft only. | | 3 Material | The thread, notes, or document text | | 4 Output shape | The table below | ## Output shape (required) ``` | Owner | Action | Deadline | Open question for me | |-------|--------|----------|----------------------| | … | … | … or TBD | … or — | ``` Then one short paragraph: **Context** — what this pile is about, for someone who was not in the room. ## Rules - No bullet-summary substitute for the table. - If a deadline is missing, write **TBD** — do not guess. - If owner is unclear, put **Unassigned** and list under open questions. - If the material contradicts itself, say so in open questions — do not smooth it. ## The one edit rule If you get prose instead of a table, restate slot 4. The output shape is what the assistant obeys. ## Done when Monday work is visible: names, verbs, dates.
